There Are Two Thing Which Encountered this error

1.When you install plugin like SEO by Yoast

1.  Your theme has a meta description, which Block Yoast SEO from working smoothly, please Del(delete) the following code, or press fix it.

->So How To Fix The Error->

There are two ways to fix this error

1. Huge SEO Issue: You’re blocking access to robots

It occurs when you discourage search engines to indexing.

To solve this issue,

1.Simply Go to Setting

1. Click on Reading

3.and at the very bottom uncheck the checkbox labeling  “Discourage search engines from indexing this site”.

4.you"re done

2. Your theme contains a meta description

Solution is very easy. On the right side of this error with red background there will be a box labeeling ""fix it" which automatically Solve the problem.  So What Happen,  it deletes meta tag and also backups the file.
